Bishop Anderson had tripped and fallen twice in a row on perfectly flat ground. Even Tina could tell something was wrong. She cautiously took two steps back to avoid getting caught up in it, while asking the Genie in her mind:
"Did you do that?"
"Of course not," the Genie immediately replied in his grand, majestic voice, deliberately lowered in volume. "He's simply unlucky—the sort who could choke to death drinking water. Hurry and put me inside the fountain while you have the chance, and undo the seal here."
Can someone really be as unlucky as him? Tina looked doubtfully at Anderson, who was clutching his head and groaning, still unable to get up. She felt there was an element of performance to his exaggerated movements, but she agreed with the Genie's assessment. Without hesitation, she took the Magic Wishing Lamp out of her shoulder bag, walked over to the fountain, and carefully lowered the golden lamp into the water, where quite a few metal coins lay submerged.
A few bubbles rose from the lamp in the water, and a faint golden glow spread across its surface. But just as Tina thought the figure inside the Sealed Artifact would emerge from its spout again, the light swiftly receded. The lamp itself became utterly ordinary, like a common gilded ornament.
"All done. That was the fourth," the Genie's voice sounded again, relaxed and pleased at having completed an important task. "Next, we must head to the East Continent and enter some ruins called the Giant King's Court."
The East Continent... Tina had long since grown numb to the various demands made by the Genie inside this Sealed Artifact, but the new destination still made her want to give up.
