The Moon Night Merchant Group was immensely wealthy. The carriage Long Haochen and the others were riding in was identical to the one Moon Night had ridden when they first entered Demon Clan territory with her merchant group.
The carriage was spacious and warm, with even a table inside. Beside it stood a special food cabinet filled with a large quantity of prepared food.
Lifting the curtain, Long Haochen looked outside. They had departed at dawn, and now that they had left Southeast Fortress, the sky was gradually brightening. The weather, however, was poor, and the heavens were gray and overcast.
Long Haochen took out a rolled parchment map from Eternal Melody and spread it flat across the table in the carriage.
The map was densely covered with annotations, marking the distribution of every Demon Clan province, the races within each province, and the locations of the Demon Gods. Even the Temple Alliance's official records might not have contained a map this detailed.
