Chapter Summaries

Lin Feng used Reversed Soil, Golden Fertilizer, and Serperior’s Grassy Terrain to grow strange vegetables, then turned them into dumplings with Mewtwo. He discovered that the dumplings had unusual effects and considered how some Pokémon might benefit from losing their Abilities.

• Lin Feng noticed Serperior hoped to find a powerful Grass-type Pokémon and suggested asking Mew about visiting the World Tree.
• Lin Feng had Serperior use Grassy Terrain on pots of Reversed Soil, rapidly growing black napa cabbage, White Radishes, green carrots, and red spinach.

• Lin Feng passed the Sky Road inspection with his Pidgeot and flew to a suburban home in Changsha City to deliver Moo Moo Milk.
• Su Luoluo opened the door expecting her delivery and was surprised to see Lin Feng, whom she recognized from the Youth Cup.

• Lin Feng arrived as Ji Yan’s Charizard cleared the third stage, while Ji Yan noticed the Pidgeots’ unusually precise and uniform skill control.
• Ji Yan’s Charizard defeated all eight Pidgeots in the fourth stage, but Ji Yan stopped rather than risk using wide-area flames near the forest and spectators.

The chapter ended with Ji Yan demanding to know why Feng Yang had not arranged protection for Lin Feng.

• Ji Yan examined the Breeding House’s products and learned about their varied effects, including Energy Cubes that could improve Pokémon’s abilities.
• Ji Yan grew concerned that Lin Feng’s powerful products and public promotion could attract criminals, despite Feng Yang having visited the Breeding House several times.

Feng Yang showed Ji Yan footage of Lin Feng’s Gardevoir clearing the Sky Challenge and explained that Lin Feng had powerful Pokémon protecting him. At Neighbor Breeder House, Lin Feng brought out a Charizard whose Trainer had left her with him, and she joined the Pokémon gathering for lunch.

• Feng Yang showed Ji Yan footage of a Shiny Gardevoir stopping the Sky Challenge’s storm and defeating the Pidgeot, revealing that the challenger had been Lin Feng’s Pokémon.
• Ji Yan accepted that his Charizard might not be able to defeat Gardevoir, then worried that attackers could use type advantages against Lin Feng.
