Lin Feng tested his strength against Mewtwo’s Psychic restraint and tore through it after imagining Serperior in danger. Mewtwo revealed that it had rescued several Pokémon from Team Rocket, including a dangerous Dragonite and an unusually clingy Goodra, and Lin Feng asked how many more had been affected.

• Mewtwo told Lin Feng that it had forced Pikachu into its second form by making Ash disappear, and Lin Feng recognized Pikachu and its trainer.
• Mewtwo restrained Lin Feng with Psychic Power, but Lin Feng could not break free using his own Psychic Power or physical strength at first.
