Fish-Man District.

A man was strolling down the street with several companions, all of them looking around in amazement.

"The changes are incredible!"

The leader wore a white karate uniform. His white hair rolled like waves, his skin was yellow, and his body bore distinctive fish-man traits.

He was a fish-man. Not only him—everyone with him was a fish-man as well.

Ordinarily, seeing fish-men in Fish-Man District would have been the most natural thing in the world, but these people's reactions were clearly unusual.

They stared around Fish-Man District in open amazement.

"Yeah, when Brother Fisher Tiger was still here, this place was dark and rundown!"

One fish-man sighed. "Bright really is something else. Who could have imagined that kid who used to follow behind Brother Fisher Tiger and Brother Jinbe would one day achieve this much?"

The streets of Fish-Man District were now clean and orderly. Most of the formerly dilapidated buildings had been rebuilt, and even the ones that had not were repaired. Shops of every kind lined the streets.

It was full of life.

It was completely different from the Fish-Man District they remembered.

"Mr. Haku, can we really recruit enough people?" Another fish-man hesitantly asked. "The residents of Fish-Man District are thriving under Bright and Neptune's leadership. I'm afraid no one will be willing to fight alongside us."

"Yeah."

The yellow-skinned man named Haku could not help but sigh as well. "I bragged to Mr. Dragon that I could do it. Now it looks like we can only return empty-handed."

"But this isn't so bad, either."

A smile curled across his lips. "Our people are living prosperous lives they never would have dared dream of before, and Fish-Man Island's safety is assured. There's no need to drag them into danger."

"Yeah."

The fish-men all nodded.

"Haku!"
