"Nice to meet you. From here on, I'll be escorting you to Mary Geoise."

A tall man with fluffy black hair and an eye mask still resting on his forehead stood lazily behind the rail of a warship.

"Oh, you are—" Neptune's eyes widened in surprise.

"Admiral Aokiji."

Standing beside Neptune, Bright curled his lips slightly. "Although all kings attending the Reverie receive Navy protection, this should be the first time an Admiral has personally served as an escort, right?"

The man standing before them and declaring that he would escort them to Mary Geoise was undoubtedly one of Navy Headquarters' three Admirals.

Aokiji Kuzan.

"Well,"

the languid man raised a hand and scratched his fluffy hair. "You're distinguished guests, after all."

King Neptune of the Ryugu Kingdom was not particularly remarkable himself. Though he was indeed a gigantic male fish-man, to the Government, he was merely the king of an ordinary affiliated nation.

But Bright, who had come along with him, was different.

This guy was a genuine monster.

Aokiji knew very well that the Government had sent him here not to safeguard them. On the contrary, he was here to stop Bright should he decide to cause trouble.

The Government was truly worried that this guy would stir up some sort of mess at such a crucial time as the Reverie.

Bright naturally understood what the Government and Aokiji were thinking as well.

But he did not care.

"Well, that's certainly nice."

Bright smiled. "Having a Navy Admiral escort us is something I never imagined before."

Aokiji's mouth twitched.

"Anyway, lead the way, Admiral Aokiji."

Bright said.

Aokiji merely nodded. Probably too lazy to reply to Bright, he turned and walked back onto the deck.

The Navy warship immediately changed course and headed toward the distant Red Line.
