The Celestial Dragons had actually gone to Fish-Man Island?
Who could have imagined something like that? Although Celestial Dragons generally didn't have enough brains to spare, one this lacking in sense was still a rare sight.
Fish-Man Island lay ten thousand meters beneath the sea's surface, in the deep ocean. Even if the fish-men feared the Celestial Dragons' power and dared not lay a hand on them, Sea Kings and sea beasts wouldn't care about any of that.
Still, there really had been a Celestial Dragon like that in the original story!
Donquixote Mjosgard.
Like Doflamingo, he was a member of the Donquixote Family, and likewise an oddity among the Celestial Dragons.
Or perhaps the Donquixote Family simply produced an abundance of such abnormal Celestial Dragons?
In the original story, that guy had indeed come to Fish-Man Island, claiming that he wanted to recapture the fish-man slaves who had escaped from him.
Who knew what was going through that guy's head?
Other Celestial Dragons wouldn't risk themselves over a mere handful of slaves.
In the end, his ship was attacked by Sea Kings, and he nearly perished in the deep sea. After barely drifting to Fish-Man Island, he was rescued by Queen Otohime.
At first, he had been as overbearing and arrogant as any ordinary Celestial Dragon. But in the end, perhaps something had moved him. He agreed to take Queen Otohime to Mary Geoise and helped her obtain the signatures of the Celestial Dragons acknowledging their friendship with Fish-Man Island. Of course, that also led to Queen Otohime's eventual death.
The next time that guy appeared was already ten years later. When Shirahoshi was targeted by the Celestial Dragons, who ordered CP0 to kidnap her, Mjosgard stepped forward to stop them, knocked out the Celestial Dragon, and rebuked CP0.
