Jino looked at the invitation in his hand in surprise, his expression unreadable.
"Yes."
The Old Butler maintained his proper posture, one hand behind his back, ignoring Faora as she trained Kara Zor-El in combat techniques in the hall.
Jino stared at the invitation in his hand, pinching his chin in thought.
"Jino!"
Before Jino could open the invitation, Clark raced into the hall at super speed and stopped in front of the boy.
"You got an invitation too."
Seeing the invitation in Jino's hand, Clark grinned. "So, what car are you planning to drive there?"
"Drive?"
Jino shook his head. "No, I actually don't want to go."
He knew Chloe liked him. What worried him now was that the girl might use her birthday party to confess to him.
He did not like Chloe, and rejecting her in person would only embarrass her...
"What is Lana Lang doing?"
Jino asked casually. After all, Lana Lang and Chloe were inseparable.

"You know, things have been so busy lately that she and I barely have any time together."
"Fine. Whatever makes you happy."
Jino yawned and took the milk from a maid, downing it in one gulp.
"But medieval witches..." Jino frowned deeply.
