At midnight, New York City's streets were filled with drunks and gangsters. This city, known as Little Gotham, only shed its glamorous daytime veil at night, revealing its corrupt and depraved side to the world.
Walking down the deserted streets, Peter, wearing a red mask, shook his head as he passed through an alley he had once feared the most.
As soon as he reached the entrance to his apartment building, Peter saw Uncle Ben and Aunt May waiting quietly outside.

The moment she saw the boy appear on the street, May recognized her nephew at once, even with his mask on.
"Why are you coming home so late? Do you know how worried Ben and I have been?"
May hurried over and grabbed Peter by the wrist.
"Hey, Aunt May, Uncle Ben."
An awkward laugh came from beneath Peter's mask. He scratched his head and pulled off the red mask covering his face, revealing a smug expression.

Ignoring Peter's smug look, Ben stared at him with a stern expression.
"Me?" Peter's gaze darted around. "I bought a lottery ticket nearby, then won 700 bucks!"
As he spoke, Peter opened the backpack behind him. A thick stack of colorful Franklins was neatly arranged inside.
"Oh my God, Peter!"
At the sight of so much money, Aunt May could not help but smile with delight.
With this money, Ben would no longer need to stay up late working night shifts for that meager pay.
