Xu Wenlong seemed to have heard that name before in the Great Shocker System.
"Kamen Rider Plug-in activated."
"Scanning host. Host confirmed as Xu Wenlong."
"Skills have been installed for the host."
"Kamen Rider—the mask is only the surface; the rider is what lies within!"
"Regardless of what form the host transforms into, combat power will not change. Other aspects will receive adaptive enhancements."
"The skill Body Will Bolo Bolo Da has been installed for the host. This skill ensures that the host will never be restricted by a Henshin Device or suffer its side effects."
Well damn, even Red Father would call that professional.
"Skill installed for the host: Kamen Rider's mission will always be fulfilled! The host's cultivation speed will not slow due to low Innate Soul Power."
"A skill will now be installed for the host: Kamen Rider's end will never come!"
"All Kamen Rider physiques will be installed for the host. Please endure it with peace of mind!"

The earlier parts had sounded fine to Xu Wenlong, but when it reached this point, his body suddenly felt unprecedented pain.
It was probably like toothache, childbirth, cramps, and everything else combined.
Because of the Kamen Rider Plug-in, Xu Wenlong's cries could not travel beyond his residence, and he gradually lost track of time.
The Kamen Rider Plug-in gradually strengthened Xu Wenlong's body, and he slowly grew accustomed to the pain.
Slowly, Xu Wenlong began to enjoy it. No other reason—it felt too damn good.
Before long, Xu Wenlong's body seemed as though it had been forged from refined steel.
Xu Wenlong threw a punch, sending gusts of fist wind through the air. He felt that his physical strength had reached the level from when he had transformed into Kamen Rider 1.

And so, the Kamen Rider Plug-in vanished.
However, Xu Wenlong could also tell that he did not possess the physical strength and raw stats of those Showa Old Rogues. After all, those old rogues could throw punches with several tons of force at the drop of a hat.
If he truly had that kind of strength, Xu Wenlong would have long since punched Spirit Hall and trampled the Two Great Empires underfoot.
But more importantly were the demands conveyed by the Great Shocker System and the Kamen Rider Plug-in.
The Great Shocker System demanded that he rule the world, while the Kamen Rider Plug-in demanded that he eliminate the strong and aid the weak.
Though the two appeared opposed—and their ideals had indeed been completely opposed in the original work—they were not entirely irreconcilable.
Great Shocker's original purpose in being founded had been to rule the world, then recruit talent from across it to strengthen the organization.
Great Shocker possessed biotechnology capable of completely crushing the world, along with several other branches of advanced technology.
Yet Great Shocker's conduct could be said to be utterly mismatched with its technological level.
For example, kidnapping and holding children hostage, then giving them weapons and making them kill Kamen Rider 2.
Of course, the main issue was that a massive organization possessing the strongest biotechnology and technology that completely surpassed the world's still always wanted to remain an underground, secret organization.
And it never portrayed itself as righteous. Take America, the world's number one warmonger—though it openly plotted to keep the world from knowing peace, it still proclaimed itself the most righteous nation in the world.
Then look at neighboring A San. Though all sorts of violations of women's rights happened there every day, it still proclaimed itself the world's number one democratic nation.
That had to be admired. No matter what one had done, wrapping oneself in a layer of righteousness could never be wrong.
Then look at Shocker. After all these years, it was still an underground organization. It possessed powerful cyborg modification technology and other technologies, especially technology for controlling people. With so much technology, couldn't it have just controlled that guy Japanese Server Male Gun blew up?
If not, then controlling Xi Zong in America would have been absurdly easy.
And if even that did not work, they were all capitalist countries. With that technology, it could easily establish a company and control the financial power. Once it had money, couldn't it do whatever it wanted in those two countries?
Still, among the many Kamen Rider series over the years, there had been timelines where Great Shocker truly ruled the world. But how should he put it? It was still the same old routine.
The main problem was Great Shocker's philosophy of ruling the world. Some thought of using money, others of using force, but the fundamental difference was that Great Shocker had always wanted to rule land rather than people.
Its goal was to rule the world so that more talented people would become part of the organization and make it stronger, but Great Shocker's attitude had been one of wanting territory rather than people.
If it had only applied its technology to people, Great Shocker's powerful technology could have allowed everyone to live and work in peace and contentment, free from the suffering of exploitative overwork. Then people would truly recognize Great Shocker, and perhaps they might even embark on an unimaginable path!
That way, Great Shocker's goals would not actually conflict with those of Kamen Rider. It was simply that the people within the organization had gone in the wrong direction.
As for Xu Wenlong, who had grown up beneath the red flag, couldn't he simply transform Great Shocker's organizational stance into that of the two nations under the Great Bobo Non-Aggression Pact?
With that, Xu Wenlong had determined his goal.
