Kamen Rider Three

When Xu Wenlong was about to deploy them, he was surprised to discover that he could set the drop-off point for Minami Kotaro and Shadow Moon not to his own location by default, but directly to any area within the Shocker Organization's territory.

In other words, Xu Wenlong could drop Minami Kotaro and Shadow Moon straight to where Daguva was.

This greatly reduced the risk of Xu Wenlong being exposed—truly a must-have for any journey.

When he sent the two over, Xu Wenlong also deployed their rides along with them.

Minami Kotaro went without saying—Battle Locust was his standard gear. As for Shadow Moon, he used a motorcycle Xu Wenlong didn't recognize from Kamen Rider Black Sun, but it looked really cool!

However, before deploying them, Xu Wenlong specifically adjusted the ages of the two.

After all, if he wanted them to infiltrate the Heaven Dou Royal Empire, who would take in two guys who looked like they were in their twenties?

So Xu Wenlong set their ages to ten, while keeping their soul power unchanged at thirty-first rank.

And so, Heaven Dou City welcomed two prodigies.

After handling that, Xu Wenlong turned his attention to his inventory in the Great Shocker System.

Aside from the initial Kamen Rider Black and Kouga set, he also received one Great Shocker internal lottery draw and ten thousand Great Shocker points.

So Xu Wenlong opened the lottery interface.

It was the standard draw screen with a certain Antarctic creature's logo, but the difference was that the rewards were densely packed—truly random.

Xu Wenlong clicked to draw.

The eagle-marked lottery square spun continuously, passing over one reward after another.

Xu Wenlong could vaguely make out some of the rewards.

Things like Kamen Rider Evol's full data set, the complete Orphnoch set, Kamen Rider Revice's full demon lineup and transformation gear.

And so, under Xu Wenlong's expectant gaze, the light passed over reward after reward.

Finally, in Xu Wenlong's sight, the lottery's eagle marker landed on—

"Great Shocker once again saves the world from the hands of Kamen Riders!"

"Great Shocker's ultimate weapon, the strongest Kamen Rider—Kamen Rider Three!"

Xu Wenlong recognized this tagline from a Kamen Rider movie produced by Foundation X.

The movie's plot was roughly that Shocker developed the so-called strongest Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider Three.

Then Kamen Rider Three beat the crap out of the Showa Riders, and Shocker ruled the world once more.

But the movie's setting took place within the world of Kamen Rider Drive.

Later, Drive, after being brainwashed and then snapping out of it thanks to the other Riders' influence, teamed up with them to defeat Shocker.

That was the story—a classic Foundation X suit-fest.

As for what the Great Shocker System said, the best reward Xu Wenlong got was Kamen Rider Three, but in reality, Xu Wenlong thought the best reward was the complete Kamen Rider Drive set.

Including Kamen Rider Drive, Chase, Black Stocking Kiriko, the Filial Piety Axe, Jobber Go, that "jealous of me" expression JPG, and Black Stocking Kiriko.

Speaking of Drive, Xu Wenlong was reminded of Ichijo, hailed as the strongest secondary Rider.

Also a cop, and like in many other Japanese works, the profession got dragged through the mud just like in freedom-loving America.

Both were good-natured people full of justice. Especially Ichijo—when he saw Yusuke Godai could transform into Kouga and fight the Gurongi head-on, his first thought was that Yusuke Godai had no official duty, and thus no obligation to take on such a dangerous, unpaid job.

Later, when Yusuke Godai took the initiative to fight the Gurongi, it was Ichijo who worked behind the scenes to keep this Unknown Life Form #4 from being treated like the other Gurongi.

And in the final battle, Yusuke Godai entrusted Ichijo: "If I go berserk, shoot my belt with your gun."

Entrusting his own weakness and fallback to Ichijo—there was no doubt that Ichijo was a truly reliable partner for Yusuke Godai.

So having two such justice-driven individuals, both with relevant expertise, was a perfect match.

This way, the Great Shocker Organization's reputation on the Douluo Continent—and more importantly for Xu Wenlong, the Shocker Organization's public image—could be perfectly resolved.

And so, a relaxed Xu Wenlong drifted off to sleep.

The next day, Xu Wenlong's internal clock woke him up at six in the morning as usual.

Xu Wenlong neatly folded his blanket and went downstairs.

There weren't many students in the morning, and the academy's dining was all in one central cafeteria.

Xu Wenlong casually ordered a few affordable dishes, ate his fill, and then strolled around the campus.

To be honest, there wasn't much to see. The campus wasn't big—about the size of Xu Wenlong's middle school in his past life before it was demolished. Nothing really worth looking at.

Still, there were a few points of interest, like the pure medieval style he'd never seen before.

High EQ: Pure medieval style.

Low EQ: Low productivity, nothing to show for it.

By the time Xu Wenlong finished his walk and returned to the dorm, his roommates were mostly up.
