This Deal Can Be Made

In Xingfen City, Chen Fei sat in a Wine House, watching the crowds flow along the street below.

Chen Fei had been in Xingfen City for two days. He had paid a visit to Xu Manor along the way, but apart from some silver, he had gained nothing of much value.

When someone suddenly appeared atop the wall, Chu Wennian instinctively drew the blade in his hand. But once he saw who stood on the wall, he froze for a moment.

Chu Lan also looked at Chen Fei in surprise. She had not expected that, after so many days, they would meet again here. A smile was just about to bloom on her face, but when she remembered their current predicament, it vanished at once.

Chu Wennian gave a low shout and led Chu Lan and Ruan Qiaojun onward.
