Yu Xunge put the third mahjong tile into Dagger Space, then looked at Songgui, Wuren, and Xiexie following her in confusion: ???
These three little tagalongs clearly had no intention of explaining themselves, but Yu Xunge could guess one thing—they had noticed the effects of her luck-enhancing skill.
There were two Zelan players on the field. Since the game began, Wuren and Songgui had subtly formed an alliance to target her. Even if they could not attack each other, there were plenty of other ways to interfere.
For example, they could manipulate their dolls to shove her doll into the path of an incoming laser gun, or rapidly spout that crazy nonsense the instant she emerged from the Shadow World.
But no matter how they messed with her, she always escaped danger without a scratch.
That was not something a mere Luck 12 could explain. It should have been related to her current strange state.
Then why were they following her?
Yu Xunge could not think of any benefit to following an extraordinarily lucky person while competing against them. The most likely explanation was that there were game rooms here that were extremely unfriendly to players.
Xiexie and Wuren probably wanted to see how they could make use of her luck.
What about Songgui? Had they noticed it back in "Turtle Race" and followed her ever since, or were they simply here to watch her make a fool of herself and have some fun?
Feng Tang, Wuren, Songgui, and Fei'e—those were the four Zelan leaders she had dealt with the most so far.
Yet Songgui was the hardest to understand.
Their ideals were not as obvious, lofty, or dazzling as Feng Tang's, and their personality was equally impossible to grasp.
Most of Yu Xunge's understanding of Songgui came from Lizhou.
