The lively atmosphere had always been the main theme of this house.
And perhaps only such a lively atmosphere could soothe the sorrow in the hearts of those who had been abandoned.
Asano Kiyoshi stood to one side, watching Hirako argue with Hiyori. He showed no impatience, but a few veins bulged on Lisa's forehead. She stepped forward, pulled apart the two who were practically tangled together, and said helplessly,
"You two! Could you at least read the room?! Can't you see we have a guest today?!"
Hearing Lisa's words, Hiyori and Hirako finally stopped brawling for the moment and turned to look at Asano Kiyoshi.
Hirako Mako shook out the hair Hiyori had messed up, clicked his tongue disdainfully, and said to her,
"What an unlikeable brat. For Little Kiyoshi's sake, I won't hold it against you today, you little punk."
Hearing Hirako's words, Hiyori bristled again. Like an angered kitten, she picked up her slipper and prepared to smack Hirako across the face again.
But before she could throw it, Hiyori saw Asano Kiyoshi smiling nearby. Hesitation flashed across her face, and she awkwardly put her slipper back on before saying to Hirako,
"Hmph, I'll give the newcomer some face and let you off for now!"
After the commotion, Hirako led Asano Kiyoshi deeper into the house.
Following behind Lisa, Asano Kiyoshi continued to examine the layout of the Visoreds' base.
After looking around, Asano Kiyoshi had only one assessment: the entire Visoreds' headquarters had adopted a minimalist, dilapidated design on a grand scale.
The overall architecture and interior layout carried an intensely primitive, desolate beauty, as though it could instantly pull one away from the irritations of reality and into nature's embrace.
As the leader of the Visoreds, Hirako Mako keenly sensed something from Asano Kiyoshi's inspection.
