The Captains watched a vision of Yhwach defeating Yamamoto Genryusai Shigekuni despite the Captain-Commander's overwhelming Bankai. As Yhwach desecrated and destroyed Yamamoto’s body, Shunsui demanded that Asano Kiyoshi stop, and the Captains erupted in rage.
