A strange atmosphere began to spread through the air around them.
Fang Li simply stared at the harmless-looking man before him.
At the man named Saitama.
Saitama was looking at Fang Li as well. Seeing Fang Li staring at him, his expression did not change in the slightest. Instead, he looked somewhat blank, as though he had no idea what was going on.
Then, Saitama spoke.
"Do you want an autograph too? I can let you go first."
He sounded as though he were merely making casual conversation, showing no curiosity or inclination to question Fang Li and the others over their sudden visit.
"This guy..."
Blizzard's lovely brows furrowed once more.
It could not be helped. To outsiders, Saitama's attitude did seem somewhat condescending.
"Oh dear..."
Even Sylvia looked as though she did not know what to do, though she muttered to herself.
"He kind of feels like those kids from Lusalka. A little ditzy..."
That was Sylvia's assessment.
As for Fang Li, he paid no attention to the others' reactions.
As though intending to play along with Saitama, Fang Li smiled leisurely.
"We're heroes who happened to be passing through this area," Fang Li said to Saitama. "Earlier, two Monsters appeared here. We took down one of them, and it seems you took care of the other one, right?"
"A monster?" Saitama froze for a moment. Then, as if recalling something, he slapped his palm. "You mean that dog?"
"That's right." Fang Li shrugged. "Since we had the chance, we followed some traces you left behind and found this place. Consider it a little leisure time after work."
"Leisure..." Saitama tilted his head, seemingly pondering something. After a while, he said, "Then do you want to come in for tea?"
Fang Li had only one answer.
"If
