Amid a faint whistling sound, a figure shot out of the concert venue like a meteor, arriving on the roof and landing there.

In the plaza before the venue, lively crowds were still gathering, radiating an atmosphere of excitement.
Sylvia's concert was being livestreamed through all sorts of channels, and people were as enthusiastic as if they were attending an anniversary event.
But Fang Li had naturally noticed it.
Around this lively scene, the cityscape of Academy City had an illusory quality to it.
That feeling made Fang Li almost immediately certain.
"Has Scorpius begun moving as well?"
This had been Fang Li's prior instruction.
To ensure that the concert could proceed without obstruction, Fang Li had made Scorpius prepare thoroughly.
Perhaps not a single person here had noticed that a war capable of plunging the entire venue into chaos and panic had already erupted in every corner of the surrounding area.
The reason no one had noticed was also because Scorpius had gone all out to conceal it.
The surrounding cityscape likely felt illusory because Scorpius had used holographic projection devices to make the area appear no different from usual, preventing people from noticing explosions, flashes, and similar disturbances.
Sounds and other such disturbances had probably been blocked as well. As long as they used equipment that interfered with the transmission of sound waves, that would be easy enough to accomplish.
"Fortunately, this is Academy City. There's no shortage of high-tech products like that here."
Thanks to those high-tech products, every trace of the conflict had been perfectly concealed.
And the members of "Group" were probably fending off the General Council's private forces, weren't they?
