Even Fang Li was taken aback by this.
There were reinforcements?
Even Aqua, Megumin, and Darkness looked stunned, clearly having no idea what sort of reinforcements Kazuma had prepared.
Only Kazuma, as though he had encountered a savior, rushed forward before the person could even enter and threw open the door.
The people filing in from outside the next second left everyone dumbfounded.
"Did someone here call the police?"
A police officer led a large group of officers into the room, his sharp gaze sweeping over the area before he loudly declared,
"We just received a report that someone has unlawfully entered this residence. Is that true?"
Only then did everyone understand.
Kazuma had actually called the police.
"That's right!"
Kazuma immediately raised his hand and shouted as though he had seized a lifeline.
"Officer, our residence has been unlawfully invaded, and the intruder is that person!"
Kazuma forcefully pointed at Fang Li, who was sitting on the sofa.
Fang Li's mouth twitched, and he fell silent.
The officers all fixed their eyes on Fang Li, their expressions grave.
The lead officer even turned to Kazuma for confirmation.
"Did that person really unlawfully enter this residence?"
Hearing that, Kazuma immediately nodded vigorously again and again.
"Officer, I know you're suspicious, but I was prepared for this!" Kazuma said smugly, as though he had thrown all caution to the wind. "I also notified the real estate agent and had him come here!"
Almost the instant Kazuma finished speaking, a middle-aged man entered through the door.
"...Excuse me, I'm the real estate agent for this area, and this residence is also my property." Seemingly intimidated by the scene before him, the middle-aged man tried to remain calm as he looked at Kazuma and asked in confusion, "Mr. Kazuma, why did you
