Beech Shopping Center.
That was the name of the multipurpose facility students at Advanced Nurturing High School used in their daily lives.
In order to ensure that students could live conveniently and comfortably on campus while having enough recreational activities, places such as karaoke bars, movie theaters, cafés, clothing stores, and so on were all gathered there.
This included a convenience store.
Fang Li came to the convenience store in Beech Shopping Center.
Though the school had a cafeteria, Fang Li had no intention of eating somewhere crowded and conspicuous on his first day. He had come here simply to buy something to fill his stomach.
After entering the convenience store, Fang Li also saw how the students shopped and paid.
Since cash was not used, all expenses were paid with points. After choosing their items, students scanned their phones over the sensor at the counter.
That was all it took for the points to be deducted and the purchase completed immediately.
"It really is convenient."
That said, Fang Li noticed something strange.
"A free section?"
That was right.
Fang Li saw an area here that offered free products.
In that section, items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bandages were placed in shopping carts marked "Free," with a note saying, "Maximum of three items per month."
The reason Fang Li noticed this area was simple.
"They already provide so many points for spending. Why offer free products too?"
It was practically encouraging students to spend all their points on entertainment. Even if they spent every last point, they would not starve or become unable to take care of themselves.
Or perhaps...
"Even with a hundred thousand points, there will eventually be times when you need free products?"
This time, someone noticed Fang Li's muttering.
"This really is a suspicious school."
