As the elevator descended toward the dormitory's first-floor lobby, Ichinose Honami suddenly spoke as though she had just remembered something.
"Nanaya, have you heard about the summer vacation?"
That was certainly a sudden topic.
"Summer vacation?" Kushida Kikyo asked curiously. "What about it?"
"Looks like you haven't heard." Ichinose Honami scratched her cheek and said somewhat helplessly, "Teacher Chabashira didn't tell you?"
Apparently, this was something the homeroom teachers were supposed to announce.
Yet Chabashira Sae was, as always, seemingly completely unconcerned with class matters and had not informed them of this news in time.
"Although it hasn't been officially announced yet, Teacher Hoshinomiya mentioned it to me."
Ichinose Honami revealed a surprising piece of information.
"Apparently, the school has arranged a summer vacation trip for us first-year students."
This information caught Fang Li's attention.
"A summer vacation trip?" Fang Li looked at Ichinose Honami.
"Really?" Kushida Kikyo seemed purely delighted as she asked expectantly, "Where are we going? Hot springs? Or the beach?"
"Probably the latter." Ichinose Honami answered without hiding anything. "I heard we'll be vacationing on an island in the south, so it should be the beach."
"That really is something to look forward to." Kushida Kikyo smiled happily.
But unlike Kushida Kikyo, Fang Li was not simply happy about it.
