Kakashi looked at the scroll in his hand, then at Chiba's face that practically said, "See for yourself." He narrowed his eyes halfway and studied it for a long while before finally speaking with a hint of helplessness.
"Well? Is it feasible?"
Chiba did not particularly care about Kakashi's subtle attitude. He simply asked, though there was an eagerness in his voice.
After leaving the confinement room, he had searched all over the village for Kakashi. Finally, an hour later, he found Kakashi returning from the Monument of Spirits. Then, he handed Kakashi his temporary plan and asked him to take a look.
After all, Kakashi was the only one who could ultimately carry it out. Chiba did not have that much time. It was a massive assignment—practice memorizing parts of an enormous Sealing Jutsu Formula.
Although he had only memorized a small portion of it, the amount was still vast. Moreover, it all involved Curse Mark Jutsu Formulas, Sealing Jutsu Formulas, and combinations of Curse Mark Jutsu Formulas. Not only was there a lot of it, but it was also extremely difficult.
It was definitely no easy task.

Kakashi merely sighed at this.
"What is it? Is there a problem? Or is there an issue with the feasibility of the plan?"
Hearing Kakashi sigh, Chiba frowned and hurriedly asked.
Tch! There shouldn't be any problem with this plan. It only uses people with free time, and it would be greatly beneficial to them as well. Though the plan itself is somewhat sensitive, and certain aspects may be inappropriate...
Still, there shouldn't be a problem.
