Clearly, this guard shouting that things were bad had truly encountered some major incident. Before Iwama and Rando could react, the door to Iwama's room next door slammed into the wall with a bang, evidently having been forcefully shoved open by that shouting guard.

Then, perhaps because he did not see Iwama where he was supposed to be, a faintly audible, anxious, flustered voice came from next door through the wall.

At that moment, Iwama and Rando came back to their senses. Hearing the guard's panicked voice, Iwama hurriedly answered.
Yet his tone remained steady, carrying a reassuring calm.
What could have happened? Could Konoha have made a move?
