Harry followed Mister Fantastic through the winding corridors of the Illuminati base until they reached a vast open area, where he saw a sophisticated instrument standing at its center.
The magical stabilization device gleamed with a cold metallic sheen. Its base was a hexagonal platform half a meter in diameter, with a diamond-shaped transparent crystal embedded at each of its six corners. A pale violet glow flowed within the crystals, like solidified magical mist.
The main body consisted of three metal pillars wrapped in spiral patterns. Their surfaces were covered in dense silver runes that lit up when the device activated, connecting into continuously flowing bands of light.
The tops of the three metal pillars converged into a floating ring-shaped device. A crystal sphere the size of a fist hovered within the ring, with a rotating golden point of light at its center—the stabilization anchor of the magical core.
Harry asked Mister Fantastic how the device was supposed to be used.
Mister Fantastic smiled and explained,
"It's not that complicated. I studied the functional core of your Floating City and the magical stabilization device on it.
"It may not be as precise as this one, but it is stable and can be used repeatedly.
"You only need to connect this device's interface to your Floating City's machinery. Then, when you activate the Floating City's stabilization device, the two can link up and stabilize your magic power together.
"But this is still the testing phase. First, activate it at one percent capacity. I'll test whether it can fully function as intended. If it can, we'll launch our attack on Six-Stone Ultron immediately."
Following Mister Fantastic's instructions, Harry activated the device slightly with his magic power. He immediately felt the amount of magic power he could control increase severalfold.
