Tang Ping reclaimed command at Kikyo Mountain, crushed Sunagakure’s assault, and then maneuvered around Konoha’s new army while trading intelligence for Sunagakure’s Puppet Technique. As Konoha faced attacks on several fronts, Tang Ping secretly joined the renewed battle, where Orochimaru confronted Chiyo and Pakura.

• Tang Ping enhanced Yamaa Koji with surgery, then learned from Hinata Cang Yue that Sunagakure was secretly massing to attack Kikyo Mountain.
• Danzo replaced Tang Ping as Southwest Shinobi Army Commander, but after Sunagakure’s attack began and Danzo was injured, Tang Ping reclaimed command under a five-year agreement.
• Tang Ping and Konoha’s forces used traps and a vast Exploding Tag ambush against the advancing Sunagakure and Iwagakure armies.
• Tang Ping defeated Rasa and Pakura’s assault with Sage Mode and his Zhurong True Body, forcing Ebizo to order Sunagakure’s retreat.
• Konoha’s leaders formed a new army under Sarutobi Shinnosuke, while Tang Ping arranged for orphans to be sent to his Starting Point Orphanage and gave Yamaa Koji the Eight Gates scroll.
• Tang Ping and Hinata Cang Yue infiltrated Sunagakure’s camp as the Shell Organization, trading intelligence for Puppet Technique materials and resources.
• After learning Kumogakure and Kirigakure had launched offensives, Tang Ping left Kikyo Mountain in secret as the Konoha and Sunagakure armies began fighting.
• Pakura and Chiyo attacked Sarutobi Shinnosuke, but Orochimaru’s snakes forced them back, and he revealed that he had tampered with Sunagakure’s water supply.

Tang Ping returned from the Sunagakure front, confronted Ōnoki and the Hyuga Clan, and strengthened his position in Konoha. As the Hidden Mist force threatened the village, he joined Shikaku’s interception plan while preparing to hunt White Zetsu.

• Granny Chiyo’s trap forced Orochimaru’s battered army to retreat, and Tang Ping later led reinforcements that helped secure a ceasefire with Sunagakure.
• Tang Ping returned to Kikyo Mountain, escorted a delegation to exchange prisoners, and escaped Ōnoki’s attack after rejecting his offer to become a successor.
• Tang Ping returned to Konoha with the Fusang Tree, experimented with implanting its branch in a genin, and confronted the Hyuga Clan over Hinata Cang Yue.
• At a Konoha leaders’ meeting, Tang Ping and Hyuga Tokumitsu reached an agreement over Cang Yue, while the village learned that the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist were approaching.
• Tang Ping recruited clans and prepared with Shikaku, Yamaa Koji, and Hinata Cang Yue to intercept the Hidden Mist force and capture White Zetsu.
• Suikazan Fuguki’s group attacked a Konoha patrol, and Cang Yue identified the Mist force as Tang Ping’s team began its hunt.

Tang Ping captured White Zetsu, helped devastate the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, and used Genon’s attack on Konoha as cover for a raid on Root. He then led Minato Squad to the Land of Demons, where Mou Ryō revived and Tang Ping faced the demon alone.

• Tang Ping lured the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist into a fiery trap while Uchiha Mei, Uchiha Shizuka, and Hinata Cang Yue captured White Zetsu.
• Tang Ping returned to Konoha and tested a White Zetsu-based Radiance Potion on Uchiha Yashiro, whose Sharingan advanced to two tomoe.
• During the New Year Celebration, Genon detonated Exploding Tags across Konoha, and Hinata Cang Yue raided Root’s treasury while Tang Ping dealt with the crisis.
• Hiruzen Sarutobi assigned Tang Ping an S-Rank mission to stop Mou Ryō, and Tang Ping departed with Minato Squad and Miroku.
• Tang Ping met Jiraiya on the journey, exchanged Sage Mode insights for ninjutsu scrolls, and continued to the Land of Demons on foot.
• Tang Ping and Miroku reached the border as Yomi’s Terracotta Army attacked, and Tang Ping agreed to help until Mou Ryō revived.
• Yomi unsealed Mou Ryō at the Sealing Shrine, and Tang Ping sent Kakashi and the others to protect Miroku while he confronted the demon.
• Tang Ping rescued Obito from Mou Ryō’s attack, destroyed its snake heads and many Terracotta soldiers, and challenged Mou Ryō to unleash its ultimate move.

Tang Ping established his power in Tea Mountain City, rescued the besieged Uchiha Elder House Lineage, and brought them to Tenshukaku. After Mei began strengthening her Sharingan with Radiance Potion, Tang Ping led a force toward the Land of Water to hunt the Third Mizukage.

• Tang Ping sealed Mou Ryō in Yomi, negotiated with Miroku over its use, and returned to Konoha with Minato Squad.
• Tang Ping equipped Yamaa Koji with Power Armor, then led Squad 404 and his allies to Tea Mountain City to build his domain.
• Yamaa Koji fought Kakuzu during an attack on Tang Ping’s supply convoy, and Hinata Cang Yue rescued him from Kakuzu’s final assault.
• Tang Ping and Squad 404 rescued Uchiha Mei and the Elder House Lineage from the Third Mizukage’s forces, then brought the survivors to Tenshukaku.
• Tang Ping offered Tenshukaku as the Uchiha Main Branch Lineage’s new home, and the escaped Uchiha agreed to join him.
• Tang Ping gave Uchiha Mei Radiance Potions, and she drank several as her Sharingan power surged and her body sprouted branches and leaves.
• Tang Ping received orders to hunt the Third Mizukage and led a force toward the Land of Water, where they found a Hidden Mist genius squad.
