When the Wind Wolf King saw that the White Mane Bear still refused to back down, a vicious glint flashed in its eyes. It opened its jaws and spat out a sharp wind blade straight at the White Mane Bear's chest.
Close behind it, the other wind wolves pounced one after another. Dense wind blades swept in like a torrential downpour, bearing down on the White Mane Bear.
The White Mane Bear let out an angry roar, sank down heavily on all fours, and a thick layer of Stone Armor covered its entire body.
The wind blades struck the Stone Armor, sending shards of rock flying in all directions before they scattered across the ground.
But the wind wolf pack's assault came like a violent storm, wave upon wave. Even with the White Mane Bear's astonishing defenses, its Stone Armor was still shaved thinner.
Sensing the danger, the White Mane Bear stopped holding its ground and suddenly lunged forward, targeting the nearest wind wolf.
Its massive claw swept out. With a wet rip, the wind wolf's head was torn clean off, blood spraying across the ground.
The wind wolves grew even more frenzied at the sight and rushed in to bite, their sharp fangs savagely tearing at the White Mane Bear's body.
Yet beneath the already-thinned Stone Armor, a pale yellow ripple of light emerged across the White Mane Bear's fur—that was the protection of Earth Power.
Though the wind wolves' fangs were sharp, they could not quickly tear through that layer of light.
But the wind wolf pack clearly had no intention of giving up. Their attacks did not cease for an instant, bites, claws, and wind blades striking in turn.
At last, cracks appeared in the White Mane Bear's protective light, and a bloody gash was ripped open
