"Ang, the Pioneer Alliance has really been gaining momentum lately." Quintina walked into the office, removed her cloak, and wore a trace of concern on her face.
Ang stood by the window, watching the busy freight yard in the distance. Without turning around, he said, "With Count Austin's full support, their progress is naturally rapid."
Quintina walked to his side and added quietly, "I heard they're planning to grow magic herbs on a large scale on the East Bank."
Ang chuckled, looking unruffled. "Let them. As long as they want to move goods off the East Bank, no matter what they grow, we'll profit."
"Aren't you worried they'll open an airship route directly from Fortress of Will to the East Bank of Valagaju?" Quintina frowned.
Ang turned around then and smiled mysteriously, his eyes glinting with hidden meaning. "Give it time, and you'll understand."
Seeing that he did not wish to say more, Quintina did not press him. She picked up a report from the desk and flipped through it before suddenly saying, "Oh, right. I need to allocate resources."
"Wait." Ang stopped her, took an exquisite little Demon Sealing Box from a nearby cabinet, and handed it to her.
"What is this?" Quintina accepted it curiously.
"Refined Purple-winged Bee Honey," Ang said, with a hint of pride in his voice.
Quintina's eyes lit up. She carefully opened the box and saw a small, crystal-clear vial lying quietly inside, the honey within giving off a faint, dreamy glow.
"Can it be produced steadily now?" she asked in delight.
"Yes." Ang nodded. "But for now, each mage can only receive one little vial like this."
"This vial alone is worth three years of an ordinary mage's salary!" Quintina exclaimed.
Ang smiled. "Once production stabilizes, everyone will get one vial a year.
