So although the First Councillor had suspected it many times, he had merely considered the possibility and did not believe they would truly do such a thing.
People like them, hiding beneath Yin Yang Balance, trusted no one.
The First Councillor only believed in profit.
But now, the other side had taken three of their states without holding back, and the world seemed to be showing signs of yin declining while yang flourished.
This had reached a point he could no longer ignore.
The greed and fear that seemed rooted in his bones, as instinctive as breathing, instantly gave the First Councillor a possibility.
Perhaps those people across the way, like himself, had begun to find their garden too small.
The First Councillor looked at the other nation on the sand table, his gaze turning icy. "Perhaps there are a few too many people."
