The Metropolis police commissioner, who was attending a meeting, suddenly received a phone call.

After glancing at the number, the commissioner made an apologetic gesture to the mayor and the others.

Taking the call outside the conference room, the commissioner had barely connected when an anxious voice came through the phone.

"Bad news, Commissioner! The guy in the video you just sent me, he, he, he... he's already made it from Smallville to the outskirts of our city!!!"

"Fuck!"

At those words, veins instantly bulged on the commissioner's forehead.

"Are you sure you got a good look? It's really him, the guy from the video?"

"There's no way I got it wrong, Commissioner. He hasn't even washed the blood off himself, and he's driving a Land Rover marked with military insignia.

Most importantly, he stole a car in our city this morning. The facial recognition system triggered an alert right away!"

"Commissioner, Commissioner! He's already left the highway and entered the city's main streets. Motorcycle cops have spotted him too. What do we do!"
