To the Imperium, no betrayal was too small to forgive!

Rogal Dorn knew very well that if the great Emperor had truly fallen in that rebellion, then he and Leman Russ would certainly have done everything possible to revive the Emperor. Brothers such as Vulkan would also have given everything they had to save the Emperor's life.
