At once, a dazzling flame like starlight appeared in Merus's hand.
The flame was not large, only about the size of a fist.
"You can use it too?" Luo Tian froze.
"This is Angelic Power," Merus answered honestly.

Luo Tian had no reason to hesitate. A dazzling flame like starlight immediately appeared in his hand as well.
The dazzling flame Luo Tian released was roughly the same size as Merus's.
However, placing the two light spheres together for even a brief comparison made the difference obvious.
Luo Tian glanced at the Angelic Power he had condensed and found that his light sphere seemed like a cheap imitation.
Looking at Merus's again, its brilliant glow was vivid and radiant.
How should he describe it?
Luo Tian's dazzling light sphere seemed to be covered by a layer of gray mist.
Or, to put it another way, given the same photograph, Luo Tian's had lower contrast and was even dimmer in terms of brightness.
Merus's photograph, on the other hand, had stronger contrast. Though it was not particularly dazzling, it gave off a very comfortable feeling.
Luo Tian almost wanted to snatch it from him.
Why was your Angelic Power so much more vivid when condensed?
By Luo Tian's estimate, the light sphere formed by Merus's Angelic Power had a purity level of at least 40.
"You really can use Angelic Power!" Merus exclaimed, looking at the light sphere Luo Tian had condensed with some surprise.
"So this is Angelic Power? Does that mean you're an Angel too?" Luo Tian asked with a smile.
"Yes. I am an Apprentice Angel, training here with the Galactic Patrol. The main purpose of my training is to understand the good and evil of humans." Merus spoke truthfully, then immediately withdrew the dazzling light sphere.
