Get Out of My House!

Let's turn back the clock a few minutes. After Thor had flown wildly through the tunnel with Peter for some time, the two of them still couldn't get out. Neither Sling Ring portals nor Thor summoning the Bifrost could get them out either.

Peter immediately took special action. He tore open the barrier of reality and slipped out with Thor, returning to the Earth-616 universe. Then Thor summoned the Bifrost and brought them both to Asgard—at for the rift in reality, they could patch it up after everything had been restored. Or, if the Three Fates didn't want anything filthy drifting into their home, they could fix it themselves.

If time hadn't been so urgent, Peter and Thor would definitely have beaten those three bastards senseless and thrown them into Asgard for public trial.

Then they saw the devastation across Asgard.

"What kind of enemy could destroy all of Asgard like this in just a few minutes?!"

Thor demanded furiously and incredulously. Peter had no answer to that question either. He had barely read any Thor comics; aside from a few recurring villains, he had no idea what demons and monsters Thor had to fight.

In the distance, a battle on a landscape-shattering scale was underway. One glance told Peter that Odin had to be fighting the enemy.

Thor brought him into a field of ruins. This wasn't the battlefield, but many Asgardian warriors had been wounded or killed while trying to stop the enemy, and the survivors were digging people out of the wreckage. After landing, Thor went to a goddess and carefully helped her up. "Sif? Are you all right? Who invaded Asgard?"

"I... I don't know what that monster was, Thor."

With Thor supporting her, Sif rose to her feet. Then, as though remembering something, she said,
