Justin Hammer walked out of prison, looked at the old but well-fitting suit he wore, and fell into thought. Just yesterday, his application for medical parole had unexpectedly been approved. Hammer Industries had long since gone bankrupt, and he had little property left. With Tony Stark riding high, he could not imagine how he had gotten out.

"Mr. Hammer?"

The door of an Aston Martin at the prison entrance opened, and a sharply dressed gentleman with a brilliant smile stepped out. The man reminded Hammer of his former self, and he looked somewhat familiar. Hammer immediately reached out to shake his hand, then searched his memories until he uncertainly recalled the man's identity.

"Mr. Dario Agger?"

"Yes. I know you have many questions, but there is no need to worry. I sought you out because I need a professional to help me manage Stark Industries."

Hammer looked utterly bewildered upon hearing that. Manage what? Had this guy not slept?

"Excuse me, sir, did you say...?"

"Roxxon Energy Corporation is about to acquire Stark Industries. When that happens, I will need someone knowledgeable to help manage it. Oh, and the White House will soon hand A.I.M.'s remaining assets over to Roxxon. I hope you can manage that part first. Get in the car behind you. Your partner is there, and I still need to attend a meeting at the White House."

"My partner?"

Justin Hammer looked behind him in confusion, then could not help asking, "Who?"
