"I'd stopped wondering why every evil organization needed to build its base so far underground while superhero headquarters were always in towering skyscrapers. Well, except for Spider-Man."
Peter leaped into the elevator shaft, even finding time to fiddle with a Rubik's Cube. As he rapidly descended and spotted a tightly shut elevator door, he quickly approached it, clung to the wall beside it, then yanked with all his strength and tore the entire door off before jumping inside.
"Hello? Anyone here?"
There wasn't a single light in the pitch-black passageway. Only the overlapping echoes told Peter that he was the only guest here. Peter was certain there was no one inside, so he walked farther in, quickly found the main breaker, and discovered it had been switched off.
He began considering something: if even the main breaker had been shut down, were the people in hibernation still alive? Could they have all starved to death?
After thinking it over carefully, Peter placed his hand on the main breaker.
"Good. My Spider-Sense isn't going off, so it's safe. Spider said, let there be light."
He flipped the breaker up. Nothing happened.
"So I still have to turn on the lights. That made sense."
The main control room was near the main breaker, and Peter could see the status of every facility from here. This Hydra base beneath another Hydra base looked like the true core of everything. After he used Hydra's computers in the control room to turn on all the lights, the screen in front of him suddenly flickered, and Ultron's huge face appeared.
"Hey, Ultron. Nice to see you. I hope you don't mind me being here. Or did you miss some information?"
[Hello, Spider-Man. Your actions here have no basis. Why are you acting?]
"Hm? I'm obviously checking
