Earlier, when he saw Kischur's hands and feet turning black, he had been somewhat worried. But seeing how energetic his teacher was now, he felt relieved.
"Skadi came from outer space. That is a dimension whose fundamental laws are completely different from those here. If she blocked the way before the Root Vortex, magi would be helpless." Kischur said. "In this regard, if her true body manifested, even the Root Vortex might be affected."
"Oh, I see. But is the Root Vortex actually inferior to an Outer God? Could she split the Root Vortex open with a single slash or something?"
Waver thought about it carefully.
