Reines and the Silver Princess had not taken part in the battle.

So they had remained at the Twin Towers of Izelma. Only after the battle ended did they slowly come over to deal with the aftermath.
Mao, with only his body left intact, had also been utterly broken in body, mind, and spirit.
He could be said to have become a complete cripple.
