"You remember that blond guy we ran into at the church, right?" Shiro said.
"Ah, that guy who looked like Golden Flash?" Rin nodded. "His attitude was certainly arrogant. Could he have been a Master, being there at that time? But I don't think I saw any Command Spells."
Shiro shook his head. "He was from the other side."
"—Huh?" Rin froze, then her voice rose several pitches. "A Servant?!"
Shiro nodded.
"That Servant was Archer—the one from the previous Holy Grail War."
"You're kidding..." Rin found it hard to believe. "Sure, there was something incredible about his presence, but he really was a Servant...? Wait, how did you know that?"
"Because I was summoned in the previous Holy Grail War," Artoria said. "I fought that Archer many times. He could continuously summon all kinds of Noble Phantasms, which made him extremely troublesome. After seeing what he looked like through Shiro, I became certain that he was the Archer from the previous war. I just don't know why he had already acquired a body and was therefore able to survive."
"That really is some incredible information." Rin sighed. "First there was Berserker, who could revive endlessly, and now there's Archer from the previous war."
The whole situation was giving Rin a headache. She leaned back and lay down on the tatami, looking utterly drained.
"Seriously, the Holy Grail War has never been this chaotic!"
