Chains extended from behind her, trying to restrain Kushina Yukiei.

Kushina charged forward and threw a punch at Kushina Yukiei, sending her flying.
The entire cave collapsed amid the thunderous crash.

Sasuke wanted to rush forward, but someone grabbed him, keeping him from falling after them. Only Kushina and Kushina Yukiei fell into the underground ruins.
Well... the ruins Sparkle, that construction guy, had forged and then destroyed.
"Sparkle?"
Sasuke looked up and saw Sparkle beside him.
"We're leaving."
Sparkle said nothing more. She tied Sasuke up with a rope and fled with him, while White, whom Sparkle had flung away earlier, followed behind them.
"What about Naruto?!"
Sasuke had already exhausted himself and could only be carried away like this.
"That woman, Kushina Yukiei, can't hold on for much longer."
Sparkle's tone was meaningful.
"But what about the Nine-Tails?"
Sasuke was worried.
"That power... hmm, it isn't the Nine-Tails. Or rather, the Nine-Tails seems to be wrapped in some kind of power."
Could the one summoned have been the Fourth Hokage?
No, that couldn't be right. The Fourth Hokage was a man, and her face didn't match the one on Hokage Rock.
