"A vicious cycle," Rau added.
"Then that person will embark on a criminal path." Seeing that Asuka seemed eager to make a move, Kira said, "Let's leave this to the Enforcers. We shouldn't get involved, or we might make things worse."
"Enforcers?"
Asuka noticed the group carrying strange guns. The weapons in their hands were all very unusual.
Those guns were now aimed at the criminal over there.
"That person was probably discovered while committing a crime. After all, when someone commits a crime, their Hue cannot possibly remain unchanged," Kira said.
The others in Orb knew that too.
But even so, there would still be people who chose crime.
"What if they hurt the hostage by pointing guns at the suspect like that?" Asuka muttered.
"The Dominator will not allow that to happen," Kira said.
Seeing that Asuka did not intend to rush in, Rau breathed a slight sigh of relief.
He had truly been worried that Asuka would charge in on impulse.
"Don't come any closer! Get me a car—"
Yet just as the other party spoke, a force shoved him away. At the same time, Inori Yuzuriha appeared from behind him, grabbed the girl, and pulled her into the crowd.

The man stumbled.
The Enforcers immediately seized the opening and shot him. The man lost consciousness.
"Thank you
