Leo stood in front of Coulson.
Coulson seemed to have been prepared for this as well. To wait for Leo's arrival, he had deliberately waited in a separate room.
"We caught half of Ward's face on a camera in Hollywood, and Lorelei was with him. It seems they're the real deal. They probably didn't expect there to be a camera at that location."
"Did you discover anything else?"
Leo did not immediately mention Tony's discovery. Instead, he continued asking questions.
"Based on the camera footage, we've roughly determined Ward's location. We're currently surrounding the area and evacuating the civilians."
"Let's go to the scene first."
Leo felt his phone vibrate. He lowered his head and glanced at it. It was a live location. It seemed J.A.R.V.I.S. had finished pinpointing their position.
Since they were on a plane, there was no need to worry about them causing any other problems for the time being.
The two of them quickly headed toward Hollywood's most famous landmark.
Before Coulson could even ask about the situation, his communicator rang.
A bad feeling welled up in Coulson's heart.
"Director, the people who were evacuated have rioted. There are about three hundred of them, and they're desperately blocking the search team, causing a major disturbance."
Fitz's nervous voice came through.
"Director, they're also trying to seize our guns and attack us!" Skye's voice came through as well.
After hearing this, Coulson and Leo hurried toward the scene.
As they approached, they heard two sporadic gunshots.
"Who's firing?"
"The men who were enthralled. They haven't hit any of us, but we can't inflict any effective damage either. There are more of them than us, and they're still desperately trying to seize our guns."
Skye shouted loudly through the communicator, accompanied by two sounds of fighting.
