Peter Parker came sprinting toward Leo. Peter was still a small boy, and compared with Leo, who had changed drastically over the past two years, Peter was growing at a perfectly normal pace.
So the Peter of now was still just a child whose head barely reached Leo's chest.
Leo rubbed the little fellow in front of him. "Not bad. Your body is in much better shape than before. How have you been lately?"
"Leo, where have you been? Why haven't you come back all this time? Aunt May and the others aren't home either."
Peter quickly released his arms from around Leo, his face flushing slightly as he felt that his behavior had been childish.
After all, Peter was about to graduate from middle school. In another two years, he would be a high school student and practically an adult. Yet whenever he faced Leo, Peter still found it hard to control himself.
"Brother Leo, long time no see."
The chubby Ned came over as well. Though he was only thirteen, his sturdy build made him look somewhat plump and mature.
Leo also rubbed Ned's head. "Ned, you should lose a little weight."
"Yeah, it's been a long time. Ever since that incident, it feels like I've been resting for ages, and yet it also feels like I've never stopped."
"Peter, Aunt May was right. Don't go near that old house anymore. At least for now, things still haven't completely stabilized."
"There are some things I don't want you to get involved with either. Maybe once you've grown up, you'll understand what I'm doing."
Leo looked at the little fellow before him and smiled.
"So what you need to do now is study hard, understand?"
