Leo looked at Frigga and smiled softly. It seemed his actions last time had frightened Loki, and this time Loki had also heard that Leo had brought other people up to Asgard.
He probably thought Leo had found Odin, who had been exiled to Earth, and brought him back. That was why Loki had timidly left.
