Leo sat up on Red Whale's back and looked around. Countless dark clouds surrounded them, blocking out all view of the outside world. He could see only ten meters ahead, while innumerable flashes of electricity flickered around them.
As he was thinking, another massive bolt of lightning instantly gathered within the clouds and struck Red Whale.
Within the clouds,
a flash of light suddenly appeared. But to the people in the city thousands of meters below, outside the clouds, it looked only as if the clouds had suddenly brightened for a moment, with specks of electricity flickering within them.
As for the whale and man inside the massive dark clouds, the targets of that enormous bolt of lightning,
neither of them showed the slightest hint of surprise.
