Leo turned his head toward the others nearby. The ball of Mental Power in his hand was the connection antenna between Janet and the real world, and it could only be used when there was a sizable window linking the Quantum Realm and real space.
Moreover, it could support the connection for only a few minutes at most. But this was the limit of what Janet could accomplish in the Quantum Realm, and it was merely an attempt to seize one last chance.
However, with Leo's presence now, Janet's gamble had been laid completely bare, like gambling with the cards faceup. There was no risk at all.
The power still needed to be connected to a living being before it could be used, and a certain degree of compatibility was also required. Otherwise, this ball of Mental Power would be consumed extremely quickly.
The most suitable candidate would naturally be a human woman, but there were only two women present: Wanda and Hope.
