Jason shook his restrained body.
"Leo, what are you doing?"
Leo looked at Jason. "We just passed through nineteen Spatial Barriers. Why did you lie to me?"
"I... I think the ship might have malfunctioned and veered off course. This old ship often does that. But we got lucky this time and still reached our destination. Let's refuel quickly and take you back to Earth."
Jason gazed at Leo sincerely, his eyes filled with determination.
Leo hesitated, but when he saw the planet in the distance, he clenched his hand and collected all the metal.
"All right. Let's get over there and find clues about Earth as soon as possible."
Jason raised his arm. There were many bloodstains and scabs on his body, all left by the restraints earlier.
Leo reached out and touched Jason's shoulder.
Waves of Golden Light surged into Jason's body.
