Dr. Banner, Get

Natasha had already been sent to India to find Dr. Banner.

Meanwhile, Nick Fury quietly began investigating the situation in Queens.

He also kept a close eye on Jenny and her husband's movements.

Only to discover that Stark Industries had taken them to Los Angeles.

Fury had also seen all the news about Leo becoming an exchange student.

"Sponsored by Tony Stark. Stark, what exactly have you done?"

Dr. Banner was still treating patients in the small town every day.

What had been bothering him lately was that a contagious fever seemed to have broken out in the town.

Banner's work had become a little more hectic as well.

Today, after giving a patient an IV and washing his hands as usual, a little girl only a few years old suddenly came looking for him. She said her father had developed the same symptoms and had fallen unconscious, so she had come to ask the doctor for help.

Kind-hearted Banner naturally went with the little girl to her home.

The farther they ran, the more remote the location became. Dr. Banner grew a little wary, but he still chose to trust her.

Not until the little girl crawled out through a hole in the room

did Banner realize the truth. He mocked himself, saying, "I should've asked for payment first."

"For someone trying to escape pressure, you really picked a great place."

Natasha, dressed in local clothing, stepped out from the side.

"Running away isn't a cure-all."

"Then what is? Yoga?"

Banner looked at the beautiful woman before him, wearing an indifferent smile. Several months of experience had taught him to control his emotions very well.

"You lured me out to the remote Suburbs. Clever. I'm guessing this place is surrounded already, right?"

"It's just you and me."

"Was that little girl an agent too? Started young."

"I did too."

"Who are you?"

"Natasha Romanoff."

Banner looked calmly at Natasha. "Are you here to kill me? Honestly, I don't think the person who can kill me has been born yet."

Having once been hunted relentlessly by General Ross's men, Banner spoke with some nervous sensitivity. He truly had no favorable impression of agents.

"No, no, of course not. I'm here on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D."

Natasha hurriedly explained. As a Level 7 Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., she had already reviewed all of Dr. Banner's files and knew exactly how terrifying the unremarkable man before her could be.

"S.H.I.E.L.D.? How did you find me?"

Banner asked directly. What he did not want to hear was that Leo had tipped them off.

Natasha then began introducing S.H.I.E.L.D. to Banner.

"We've been keeping an eye on you, Doctor, but from a distance. We even secretly blocked some people who were interested in you. Nick Fury seems to trust you."

"Someone once vouched for you to the director, and you haven't changed in a year, have you? We hope you can keep it that way."

"You can't always keep it under control."

Banner looked at Natasha in silence. He did not tell her the truth, and he still did not trust the agent standing before him.

Natasha took out her phone and pulled up an image of the Tesseract.

"Doctor, we're facing a global catastrophe."

"This is called the Tesseract. It has enough power to destroy the Earth."

Hearing that, Banner could not help walking over. He took out a pair of Glasses from his pocket, preparing to examine it carefully.

But he accidentally pulled part of a Metal Model out with them. The intricate miniature immediately caught Natasha's attention.

Banner glanced at the phone. "What does Fury want me to do? Eat it?"

"He hopes you can find it. The Tesseract was stolen, and the Gamma Rays it emits are too weak for us to track. No one understands Gamma Rays better than you do."

"So Fury sent me to talk to you."

"So you're not here to capture the monster."

Natasha leaned back slightly in her chair. "At least, he didn't say that."

"Do I need to be locked in a cage?"

"No one will—"

"Stop lying to me!!" Dr. Banner suddenly slammed the table, leaned forward, and roared at Natasha.

That movement sent the Metal Minion model rolling out of his pocket. It fell to the floor.

Natasha instantly pulled a gun from beneath the table and aimed it at Dr. Banner.

Her hands holding the gun were steady, but her body trembled slightly.

There were even tears of fear in her eyes.

"Sorry, I just wanted to see your reaction."

Dr. Banner smiled again, picked up the model from the floor, wiped it off, and put it back into his pocket.

"We'd better calm down. Put the gun away, and then the other me won't come out and cause trouble either. Okay, Natasha?"

Dr. Banner pointed at the gun. If Natasha actually fired, he truly would not be able to control Hulk's appearance.

Natasha lowered her gun with trembling hands and used her Headphones to tell the special operations team outside to leave.

Dr. Banner gave a soft, mocking laugh. "Just you and me?"

Natasha looked at Dr. Banner, her mind racing.

"Doctor, where did that metal model come from? I've seen a similar one before."

"This? A friend gave it to me. Where did you see one?"

Dr. Banner took the model from his pocket again, recalling the figure from half a year ago.

"Sorry, Doctor. May I borrow it for a look?"

Having already decided to meet Director Fury, Dr. Banner naturally had no intention of making the atmosphere so tense.

"Don't break it. I really like this toy."

Natasha accepted the model and examined it. The craftsmanship was incredibly exquisite.

She had only seen something like it once, when she had worked as Pepper's assistant at Stark Industries.

And even that Arc Reactor model did not seem as impressive as this one.

"Probably not the same person. The one I know is just a kid, only in his teens."

Dr. Banner's brows furrowed slightly.

"You know Leo?"

"Dr. Banner knows Leo too? There shouldn't be any connection between you, should there?"

Natasha was puzzled as well. There had been no information about Leo in the files.

"Can you tell me about him? I think Director Fury would be very pleased to hear this news too."

"Isn't Leo one of your people?"

When Dr. Banner learned that Natasha knew of Leo's existence, he had assumed Leo had found him through S.H.I.E.L.D.

But now, he was beginning to feel confused as well.

New York, Manhattan District, atop Stark Tower.

Wearing the Mark VI, Tony cut off Stark Tower's power line beneath the sea.

He was about to use his own Arc Reactor to supply power to Stark Tower, the tallest building in Manhattan.

The next moment, the enormous, brightly lit letters "STARK" appeared high above New York.

Tony flew through the city at subsonic speed before landing on the platform at the top floor.

He kept walking toward the interior.

A ring of rotating automated mechanical arms appeared around him, receiving the various components of the Iron Man Armor and storing them away.
