The last time they met, Difan had seen only a bare Power Stone. This time, however, he saw an offensive weapon capable of housing the Power Stone.
They were two entirely different concepts. It also meant that this power was immensely strong yet controllable, already mastered by Leo and capable of unleashing even greater force.
However, Difan immediately put that same smile back on his face, his eyes fixed tightly on the Power Stone around Leo's wrist. "Oh, this is truly beautiful, so beautiful!! I really want to add it to my collection."
"That doesn't sound like a very good suggestion."
Leo merely smiled faintly as a trace of pale yellow energy began to glow around him—the energy stream of the Mind Stone.
Difan's smile froze again. The Mind Stone... he has already put it to use...
Three Infinity Stones were gathered on one person, yet Leo appeared completely unaffected. The energy stream of the absorbed Power Stone was even clearly visible.
Leo was an Energy Black Hole. As long as energy posed no threat, he absorbed it all into his body. Such talent, such an ability, was something only a Source Body could possess.
Difan watched Leo standing before him with a faint smile. He did not retreat in the slightest, but his tone became even more respectful.
"Perhaps you are right. Only in your hands can this perfect collectible display its true function and beauty."
While Difan marveled, Leo had already begun examining the brand-new display cases around them.
Although not much time had passed since their last battle, the entire place had been refurbished. Even identical display cases had been placed back in their original spots, now containing many more collectibles.
There were still strange lifeforms and all manner of bizarre creatures. There was even a pool of living sludge, as well as a creature resembling a fluffy little rabbit.
Leo even spotted a Pegasus, identical to the ones raised in Asgard, imprisoned inside a display case for exhibition.
It looked quite novel, apparently a newly acquired collectible. Leo had originally thought such creatures existed only in Asgard, but they did not seem to be anything particularly rare.
Of course, anything that could enter Difan's Collection Room was considered a treasure of the universe.
"Would you like to see my new collectibles? They are all fine specimens found recently, each one a masterpiece. Unfortunately, quite a few incomparably precious collectibles were destroyed last time."
Seeing Leo's gaze sweeping around the room, Difan hurriedly spoke.
"Masterpieces? Not necessarily."
Leo looked at him with a smile. "For example, that Pegasus. I've seen several of them."
Leo's words instantly darkened Difan's expression, but the person before him was Leo, so Difan naturally could not lose his temper.
"This Nida Pegasus is the last Pegasus in the Nida Galaxy. It is an extraordinarily remote galaxy even within the universe. Perhaps you should take a closer look. It is different from other Pegasi."
Difan spoke with a hint of defiance in his eyes.
Leo looked carefully, even seeing through every detail of the Pegasus directly, before stating with certainty, "That's right. I've seen Pegasi like this. Exactly the same."
"You have been to the Nida Galaxy?"
Seeing his collectible treated this way, Difan immediately asked.
"No. I don't even know where the Nida Galaxy is. But these horses can also be found elsewhere, where they have already been bred on a large scale."
"These Pegasi have extremely long breeding cycles, yet their combat power is mediocre. On that Nida Civilization Planet, they are revered as Divine Objects, but their numbers are exceedingly scarce. This is the last Pegasus on that planet, I am certain of it!"
Difan insisted firmly.
"Asgard. There are Pegasus herds in Asgard too. Their numbers are not great, but there are still several."
Leo's words instantly calmed the somewhat excited Difan. "Asgard?"
"Fine, then I suppose there is no need for me to protect this horse. Asgard can care for it better than I can."
Within only a few seconds, Difan had immediately calmed down. As he looked at Leo and spoke, his earlier anger seemed no more than a joke.
"This horse cannot reproduce by itself. Why not send it to Asgard, Leo? It can find a companion there."
Difan smiled at Leo as he spoke.
"You should keep it for now. After all, it is still something of a rarity. I've only seen them in Asgard."
Leo shook his head.
"Let's talk about business first."
Leo looked directly at Difan.
"Business? What business? I merely wanted to see you. Perhaps I could treat you to a delicious meal?"
Difan once again spoke with a grin. If anyone else had seen him acting this way, they would have shuddered uncontrollably, because if Difan showed them such an expression, nothing good would follow.
Although Difan did not need to worry about anyone spreading word of this appearance, Lord Difan still maintained his lofty, dignified, powerful image in Void Land and throughout the universe.
Yet everyone around Difan feared this side of him deeply.
"Your reason for bringing me here cannot be that simple. Just say it."
Leo said directly.
"How about we talk while we eat? I have been preparing this meal for a long time. Come, come. I guarantee you have never eaten anything like it before. Many of these dishes are classics I created myself."
Difan looked at Leo as he spoke.
Leo frowned slightly as he looked at Difan. "You definitely summoned me because of the Infinity Stones. I already know the exact situation of five of them. The only reason you would seek me out is the Soul Stone, which still has no trace. What are you stalling for?"
Leo's bluntness made Difan stiffen, and the entire atmosphere seemed to become awkward.
"Since you are unwilling to speak first, then I will. You know I'm pressed for time this trip, Difan. Do you know about Void Spirit Gold?"
Difan seemed not to have expected such a response. For several thousand years, no one had dared refuse his invitation so directly.
Yet seeing the three-colored light flickering around Leo, Difan could only feel helpless. There was a trace of resentment in his eyes, but it quickly faded and vanished.
"Void Spirit Gold? Wow, that is a rare thing indeed. It has only appeared twice so far. Since you know about it, Leo, it seems you have some clues."
Difan's eyes began to shine as he looked at Leo excitedly.
