Ten minutes passed quickly.

Hutton also emerged from behind the testing equipment, holding a small piece of reinforced metal.

The tablet in front of Leo had truly turned into a blank slate, and all the data on it had been deleted.

"All right, time's up. This piece of metal is pretty good. I haven't found another metal with the same properties as this unusual pure substance, but overall, it falls somewhere between intermediate- and high-grade alloys. It would make decent material for a spaceship's hull."

"How much more do you have? I can buy it all. Or you could just tell me the coordinates of this metal, and I'll give you fifty thousand credits. How about it?"

Hutton looked at Leo as he swung the piece of metal in his hand.

"Forget it. That's all I found. Goodbye."

Leo had gotten the information he wanted and left contentedly.

The door opened with him, then quickly closed again after Leo left.

Watching Leo depart, Hutton narrowed his eyes. The silver lines of eyeshadow made him look extremely sly.

He picked up the tablet, and all the data that had previously been on it reappeared.

At the same time, every trace of Leo's browsing appeared as well, including the order in which he had viewed the files and how long he had spent on each one.

What information is that kid trying to find? What does Quill have that makes him worth looking into?

Hutton began analyzing the information Leo had been seeking, checking whether he could obtain anything else from it.

But then there was another knock at the door.

Hutton glanced at the surveillance screen in his hand and saw that Leo was standing outside again.

He opened the door.

Leo walked in holding a square piece of reinforced metal.
