Black Prison Under Attack

After hearing George's words, Maya looked slightly embarrassed as well.

A bitter smile appeared on her face. "All right, it seems we still couldn't hide it from you two."

"S.H.I.E.L.D. suffered quite a few losses in that battle as well. They've been busy reorganizing the entire organization lately, so they haven't paid us any attention."

"However, because of that, quite a few other small organizations have begun spying on our research results. It seems there's a mole in Black Prison."

Maya gave a bitter smile as she said this.

"So recently, quite a few death warriors have tried to break into Black Prison. None of them had any identifying information, and we couldn't find any records on them. Then they all committed suicide."

"They could be remnants of Hydra, or perhaps someone else. After learning that you two were here, they might have caused this disturbance."

"But please rest assured. S.H.I.E.L.D. has already secured air superiority over the surrounding area. After all, this is still New York. Absolutely no large-scale firepower will be able to break in."

"At most, it will be assassins, mercenaries, and the like. We definitely won't let them threaten your safety."

Maya made this promise to the two of them.

Jenny leaped off the treadmill. "Then we're just dragging you down. This place really isn't as safe as China. Once Leo comes back, we should still go to China."

Jenny took George's hand as she spoke.

"Let's leave it to Leo to decide. We don't have anything tying us down anymore anyway. I'm willing to travel around the world with you. As long as I'm with you, that's all that matters."

George answered directly, then even leaned in and kissed her.

The two of them began kissing passionately right in front of Maya and Stacy.
