Six Tailed Beast Balls shot straight toward the village—or, more accurately, toward the Tunneling Insect.

Following the rapid extraction of Chakra, the Tunneling Insect had already made preparations and locked onto the trajectories of the six Tailed Beast Balls.

The Tailed Beast Ball was a Rank S Ninjutsu that even Jinchuriki had to partially transform into their tailed beast forms to use. It was a Chakra sphere mixed in a 2:8 ratio of Yin and Yang and compressed to the extreme in midair. It represented the pinnacle of shape transformation, and its ultra-high-density energy would be released all at once.

When released to its limit, the power of a Tailed Beast Ball was enough to level several mountains or an entire city.

That depended on the amount of Chakra output.

Its lower limit was low, while its upper limit was high. Its operating mode was much like that of a bomb, relying on air shock waves for its lethality. Most of its destructive power came from the high-speed dispersal and impact of Chakra, creating an omnidirectional coverage similar to shrapnel scattering.

It was fundamentally different from nuclear bombs and conventional gunpowder bombs. Although it could also produce the intense heat of a burning explosion, it was nowhere near as hot.

As an energy projectile, it essentially relied on Chakra itself to cause large-scale destruction.

It was therefore an extremely clean and safe means of attack.

Its most basic version was the Rasengan.

When the amount of Chakra output was low, its destructive radius was roughly comparable to that of an aerial bomb.

Take that clueless Elite Jonin who smacked a Tailed Beast Ball with his sword, for example. Not only did he leave behind a complete corpse, but his sword had only broken in half.
