Luo Chuan looked at the Soul Bones. Though surprised, he showed neither greed nor desire. He did not lack Soul Bones, nor did he have much need for them. Having them or not made little difference. Even if these were given to him, he would only use them as gifts.

"You're the Silver Dragon King. Are you saying I can actually heal your injuries?" Luo Chuan sighed softly, then summoned the Merit Golden Lotus with a wave of his hand. Its first ring lit up, and Healing Light poured down.

Yet when the Healing Light landed on Gu Yuena, it merely made her feel warmly comfortable. It had no effect whatsoever on the deep injuries within her body.

"No. That power of yours will definitely help with my injuries. You simply can't actively wield it yet." Gu Yuena
